Welcome to Crypto Rubik. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Crypto Rubik mobile application ("App") provided by Medinas Husmi ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
01 Description of service
Crypto Rubik is a 3D puzzle application that allows users to interact with a virtual Rubik's Cube. The app includes optional integration with the Solana blockchain for voluntary donations and tips to the developer.
02 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
03 License to use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your mobile device.
04 Solana integration and tips
The App provides a feature to send voluntary tips (donations) using the Solana blockchain.
- All transactions are processed via external Solana wallet applications.
- Tips are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from blockchain transactions or third-party wallet software.
05 Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App for any illegal purposes.
- Interfere with the operation of the App.
06 Intellectual property
All content within the App, including graphics, code, and the "Crypto Rubik" name, is the property of Medinas Husmi or its licensors.
07 Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be bug-free or uninterrupted.
08 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medinas Husmi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
09 Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
